I would definitely recommend the McArthur Online training. I like that there is no time pressure and I can study in my own pace. I personally prefer watching videos rather than reading, both available.
Jon is absolutely brilliant and always explains each topic very well. And at the same time, he is very prompt with answers to my further questions. Exam kits are full of examples to make sure you are ready for real exam.
