A huge thank you to both Emma and Jon for all their support while I studied level 3. The tutorials were straightforward and interesting, and having them available to rewatch whenever I needed was invaluable. Any queries I had were quickly answered and explained by Jon. When I encountered protracted problems with an exam centre I’d chosen, Emma spent a great deal of time helping me sort them out, and also in getting a refund. I then took two of the exams via remote invigilation (McArthur Online being one of the few companies selected by AAT to trial this). Everything was quickly set up each time, with a clear explanation of the process. All exams were passed first time and I’ve now signed up to study level 4 with them too.
